More top Nigerians have joined the calls to make June 12 a very significant day in which will be celebrated more than it is currently.
President Muhammadu had taken the lead in recognising June 12 but it needs a legal back up to make it fullyconstitutional as May 29 is still the Democracy Day recognised by the country’s constitution.
The National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Tinubu yesterday urged the National Assembly to be on the same page with the Presidency in ensuring a constitutional amendment for the establishment of June 12 as the National Democracy Day.

This decision soundly balances current legal requirements with the quest for political justice.

I do love the way you have presented this specific problem and it does indeed give me personally a lot of fodder for thought. Nevertheless, coming from what precisely I have experienced, I simply trust as the actual feedback pack on that individuals continue to be on point and don’t get started upon a tirade associated with the news of the day. All the same, thank you for this fantastic point and though I can not really concur with the idea in totality, I regard the standpoint.
