*Goals Of The Officers Training School*
The main goal of the 2019/2020 JCIN FPE officers training school is to transfer knowledge and also to create an enabling environment and where outgoing and incoming leaders of the chapter, other organization, indigenous leaders, departmental and faculty leaders are inspired to create positive change, better communicate the strategic plan, plan of action and also execute projects through partnership, sponsorship and collaboration in line with the with JCI active citizen framework.

The 2020 JCIN FEDERAL POLYTECHNIC EDE CHAPTER Executive, Board of Directors and member’s organizations presidents, indigenous leaders present at the event are better equipped in leading the organization and their various organization at any level both national and local levels and what’s expected of JCI members in 2020 year of JCI strategic plan and how we put the plan use
✅Active Citizen Framework
✅Strategic leadership which leads to better understanding of strategic planning
✅Chapters member’s attendance showed a sense of commitment towards a greater organization
✅Board of Directors through the trainings have understood and showed improvement in their skills to achieve the local organization set for goals for 2020.

*After the training JCINFPE was able to convince over 30 students and willingly showing interest in joining the organization*

Utmost appreciation goes to Almighty God for the successful program and also the board of directors who placed all hands on table to make the training a success
