BREAKING: President Buhari, Osibanjo sworn in for second term

Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, the Vice President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, has been sworn in for a second term.

Osinbajo took his oath on Wednesday during the inauguration ceremony held at the Eagle Square, Abuja.

Acting Chief Justice of Nigeria, CJN, Tanko Mohammed, conducted the swearing-in.

The Vice President pledged to be faithful and to discharge his duties in line with the constitution of the Federal Republic.

President Muhammadu Buhari has taken the oath of office for his second term.

The President took the oath on Wednesday, May 2019 in the presence of local and foreign guests at the Eagles Square, Abuja.

The President in his oath pledged to be fair to all Nigerians and to serve, preserve, protect and defend the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

He swore to be fair to all manner of people.
